Bay Tours, Guanacaste, Costa Rica
 We have worked with three different tour operators for our bay trips. One is going out with Luis, using our small outdoor boat with a 140 hp outboard motor visiting the bays beaches, mangroves and just deciding on the waters movements and guests likes to find a path!
Our sailing tours are directed onto two different services, one using a standard 47’ single masted sailboat with guests pickup at our small playitas beach, snorkeling and taking the trip shown here in the photo.
Another is a larger catamaran which departs from Playas Coco and follows a similar path. Both sailboats are ½ day trips following a predefined course and guest activities.
The tours begins with an exciting sail to a secluded bay, and continues with a snorkeling around beautiful reefs to discover the richness of Costa Rica’s marine life. There are fine white sandy beaches to walk or bathe in.
Lunch is served at anchor in the shaded cockpit with fine views of the coastline. During the sailing you will be able to watch dolphins, manta rays, whales, and turtles.
Capacity for the single schooner: 16 people maximum.
Included: Open bar, gourmet snacks, lunch (crispy salads, homemade quiche, sandwiches and fresh fruits), snorkeling equipment.
