About Us
Vista Bahía is located in the province of Guanacaste, in the heart of the beautiful Gulf of Papagayo. Just 25 minutes from Liberia and a shorter distance from Daniel Oduber International Airport (LIR). Easily accessible to beaches, catamaran, rafting, horseback riding, canopy, hot springs, waterfalls among others.

The Palenque is the main building where the Reception is located so that our Concierge can provide you with all the necessary information about the services and attractions of the Resort. Next to the Reception there is a comfortable lobby area where you can sit and rest, read, or wait for your tour of the day. In this same building is our Restaurant and the pool area for adults and children with sun loungers and cabanas for shade and greater comfort.
The Resort has access to two very beautiful and quiet beaches, with beautiful views of Papagayo Bay, vegetation and fauna of the area and no tide which creates the effect of being in a “pool” in the sea.
For exercise lovers our Resort has trails for walking or jogging with certain slopes and panoramic views of the gulf.

Vista Bahía Resort owes its name to the magnificent VIEWS of the entire Papagayo Bay from different parts of the hotel. For the greater enjoyment of our guests and visitors, we have two viewing points for them to enjoy this natural setting, one that is on the path of one of the trails, and the Main Viewpoint that is located at one of the ends of the property on the top allowing you to enjoy a spectacular view; and on summer days one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable!
